candidates for its client, a company client in Cibitung industrial district (MM
2100), looking for:
CUSTOMER
SERVICE OFFICER
Requirement:
o
Female
o S1
degree, major in engineering industrial or public relation or communication
school is a must
o Experience
as a Customer Service minimum 3 years in manufacture/engineering industry is
preferable
o
Strong
oral and written communication skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia
o
Proven
ability to work effectively in a team-oriented
o
Excellent
interpersonal skills
o
Excellent
communication and negotiation skills
Responsibilities:
o
Your responsibilities include
receiving customer’s complaints, address and follow up
the complaints to relevant parties;
o
You will be also providing support to
external sales functions (i.e. doing telemarketing,
responding to phone orders, general customer enquiries and invoice queries).
